I am a seeker who is creative, curious and spiritual.

I have a slight obsession with coffee, fabulous necklaces and truffle pasta.

I have spent time as a chef, entrepreneur, minister, artist, mom, mentor and friend.

I have traveled throughout the United States and to Mexico, the Caribbean, Canada, Costa Rica, Uganda, Spain, France, Austria, Italy, Belgium, Sweden, United Kingdom, India and Morocco.

My current assignment is releasing all that is familiar;
immersing in all that is inspiring;
and discovering all that is possible.
